Organizations: Max-Born
Institute, BAM, IfG, PTB, HASYLAB. Aims The
primary aim of this Workshop is to assess the state of the art and
reliability of x-ray microbeam analysis and applications in different areas.
The second main goal of the workshop to discuss the instrumentation and
scientific program for the BESSY Microfocus beamline, suggested by BESSY to
be designed and built by project partners and potential users. The Workshop
is organized in such a way to maximise transfer of knowledge among the
participants.
